A Black Mamba-mutated villain named the King Cobra, a female alien from Megamind's planet named Elegeth, and Roxxane's intelligent engineer half-brother from London named Jonah Ritchi. Now it's up to Megamind, Minion, Roxanne and her family to save New Metropolis from the new evils.
