Synopsis

After Megamind and Minion's retirement from villainy, one day on the Superhero Ceremony hosted by Roxanne's parents, new evils arise. A Black Mamba-mutated villain named the King Cobra, a female alien from Megamind's planet named Elegeth, and Roxxane's intelligent engineer half-brother from London named Jonah Ritchi. Now it's up to Megamind, Minion, Roxanne and her family to save New Metropolis from the new evils.

Description of King Cobra (Victor Schutz):

Victor Schutz is a famous German inventor, who's in charge of the big corporation in Metro City, named Titanium Industries. Victor Schutz has invented his very first potion with the help of Jonah Ritchi. But, the potion ended up mutating him into a half-human and half-cobra monster, due to the chemicals in the potion being Cobra's venom.
