Synopsis

After Megamind and Minion's retirement from villainy, one day on the Superhero Ceremony hosted by Roxanne's parents, new evils arise. A Black Mamba-mutated villain named the King Cobra, a female alien from Megamind's planet named Elegeth, and Roxxane's intelligent engineer half-brother from London named Jonah Ritchi. Now it's up to Megamind, Minion, Roxanne and her family to save New Metropolis from the new evils.

Markov Tarasovich was a villainous and intelligent Russian mob boss, in charge of the imposing mafia in history, that being The Onyx Ghosts. He finds a way to make a strategy, depending on their target. He and his gang lasted for about 7 years, that was until Metro Man scared them off for good.
