Batman - Season 9

The press names the killer “Holiday.” As Batman races against the calendar, Gotham descends into a violent gang war between the Falcones and the Maronis. Meanwhile, the city’s growing population of costumed criminals begins to emerge from the shadows, including the Joker, Poison Ivy, the Scarecrow, the Riddler and the Calendar Man. Batman - Season 1

Season 1 — Synopsis Bruce Wayne returns to Gotham City after years abroad, determined to wage a personal war against the corruption and violence that have consumed his hometown. At the same time, idealistic detective James Gordon arrives in Gotham and quickly discovers that the police department is riddled with corruption, forcing him to choose between protecting his family and standing against the city’s powerful criminals. As Bruce struggles to find the right identity for his crusade, a terrifying encounter with a bat gives him the inspiration he needs to become Batman. Batman soon begins dismantling Gotham’s criminal infrastructure, putting him directly against figures such as Carmine Falcone while forming an uneasy alliance with Gordon. Their actions slowly begin to change the city, but the end of Batman’s first year brings an entirely different kind of threat. A mysterious killer begins murdering prominent citizens, leaving their corpses with grotesque smiles. The investigation leads Batman and Gordon to a sadistic criminal who calls himself the Joker. As Joker unleashes a deadly chemical attack and turns Gotham into a stage for his first great crime, Batman faces an enemy unlike anyone he has encountered before: a man who doesn’t want money, power, or control, but simply wants to prove that beneath Gotham’s order lies madness. Their first confrontation establishes a rivalry that will define Batman’s life for years to come.

Captain America: Reborn

After the Civil War divides the superhero community, Captain America is arrested and taken into custody. During his transfer, Crossbones shoots Steve Rogers from a distance, killing him and leaving the world without its greatest symbol. Refusing to believe that Steve’s death was simply an assassination, Bucky Barnes, Falcon and Agent 13 begin hunting Crossbones. Their investigation leads them to Aleksander Lukin, who has secretly acquired the memories and knowledge of the original Red Skull. Using advanced technology, Lukin has turned Red Skull’s legacy into the foundation of a new plan to reshape the world. Working alongside Crossbones is Sin, the daughter of Red Skull, determined to continue her father’s legacy. As Bucky confronts the consequences of his past as the Winter Soldier, he realizes that Steve’s greatest legacy was never the man himself, but what Captain America represented. With Steve gone, Bucky takes up the shield and becomes the new Captain America. Bucky, Falcon and Agent 13 launch a final assault against Lukin, Crossbones and Sin. After a brutal confrontation, Bucky defeats Crossbones while Lukin’s plan collapses. The last traces of Red Skull’s influence are destroyed, and Red Skull finally dies for good. With Steve gone, Bucky accepts that he cannot replace him. He can only carry his legacy forward. Post-credit: Bucky visits Steve Rogers’ grave.

Civil War

After years of increasingly devastating superhuman conflicts, the world has begun to fear its heroes. The destruction left behind by Galactus and the disappearance of Hulk have convinced governments that superhumans can no longer operate without consequences. A new Superhuman Registration Act is introduced, requiring every powered individual to reveal their identity and operate under government supervision. Iron Man supports the law, believing that heroes must be held accountable for their actions. Captain America refuses, arguing that surrendering their freedom would turn heroes into government weapons. When a catastrophic incident involving young heroes causes a massive loss of life, the debate becomes a war. The Avengers split into two factions, with Iron Man leading the registered heroes while Captain America gathers those who oppose the Act. As both sides begin hunting their former allies, Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four are pulled into the conflict. Tony’s attempts to maintain control become increasingly extreme, while Steve realizes that the resistance is becoming just as destructive as the system they are fighting. Their conflict finally erupts into a massive battle in New York, where heroes from both sides fight each other and the city is left devastated. When Captain America gains the upper hand, he sees the destruction surrounding them and realizes that the heroes have gone too far. Rather than allowing the war to continue, Steve surrenders. The Registration Act remains, but the Avengers are permanently fractured, with friendships destroyed and the superhero community divided. Mid-credit: Kingpin returns to his abandoned office, looking out over New York as he prepares to reclaim his criminal empire. Post-credit: Crossbones receives mysterious orders to continue with the plan. The camera moves behind Crossbones and we see the RED SKULL.

X-Men: Endangered Species

After Wanda Maximoff’s reality-altering powers reduced the mutant population to only 198 known survivors, Beast becomes obsessed with finding a way to prevent the extinction of mutantkind. Working alone, Hank studies the remaining mutant gene, searches through old research and attempts to understand exactly what happened when Wanda declared, “No more mutants.” Every experiment fails, and the pressure of knowing that an entire species could disappear begins to consume him. His investigation eventually leads him to an abandoned laboratory containing genetic research unlike anything he has ever seen. There, Hank discovers Black Beast, a twisted version of himself from another reality who has spent years experimenting on mutants and humans. Black Beast claims that Beast’s attempts to restore the mutant population are pointless. Instead, he intends to use the genetic material of the remaining 198 mutants to artificially create a new generation of mutants under his control. Horrified but briefly tempted by the possibility of saving mutantkind, Beast realizes that Black Beast represents everything he could become if his desperation overcomes his morality. The two versions of Hank clash, and Beast destroys Black Beast’s laboratory, saving the genetic samples before they are lost. Among the recovered research, Beast discovers a crucial revelation: Wanda did not completely erase the mutant gene. There may still be a way to reverse the Decimation. Alone in his laboratory, Hank begins working again, determined to find it before the last 198 mutants disappear forever.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Annihilation

After the defeat of Galactus, the balance of the cosmic universe has been left dangerously unstable. From the Negative Zone, Annihilus launches the Annihilation Wave, an enormous army that tears through entire civilizations and destroys the Nova Corps. Richard Rider survives the destruction and becomes one of the last remaining Nova officers, desperately searching for a way to stop the invasion. As the Wave spreads across the galaxy, Nova joins forces with Silver Surfer, Drax, Ronan, Super-Skrull and the mysterious Star-Lord. Although they come from opposing worlds and factions, they realize that their only chance of survival is to fight together. They discover that Annihilus intends to use the cosmic energy left behind after Galactus’ defeat to make the Annihilation Wave unstoppable. The heroes launch an assault into the Negative Zone, fighting their way toward Annihilus himself. While Silver Surfer confronts the ruler of the Negative Zone, Nova leads the remaining forces against the Wave. In the final battle, Nova uses the Nova Force to destroy the heart of Annihilus’ army, while Silver Surfer defeats Annihilus and destroys the machinery sustaining the invasion. The Annihilation Wave collapses, ending the greatest cosmic war the universe has ever seen. The surviving heroes go their separate ways, but their battle has changed them forever. For the first time, they realize that the galaxy needs protectors who can stand together when the next cosmic threat arrives. Mid-credit scene: Nova, Star-Lord, Drax, Silver Surfer and the others reunite aboard a spacecraft. They decide to officially form a team: the Guardians of the Galaxy. Post-credit scene: Deep within the ruins of the Negative Zone, Annihilus’ body lies motionless. After a long silence, one of his eyes suddenly opens.

Planet Hulk

After the Avengers begin to fear that Hulk may eventually become too dangerous to control, Bruce Banner is secretly sent into space aboard a ship under the pretense of a mission. But the vessel is pulled through a mysterious portal and crashes on the savage alien world of Sakaar. Weakened by the journey, Hulk is captured by the forces of the Red King and forced into gladiatorial combat. In the arena, Hulk meets Miek, Korg, Hiroim, Elloe and No-Name, forming the Warbound. He also encounters Caiera, one of the Red King’s most powerful warriors, who gradually realizes that Hulk is not the monster she was told he was. As Hulk becomes a symbol of rebellion, the gladiators escape and begin a war against the Red King. After defeating the tyrant, Hulk becomes the new ruler of Sakaar, finally finding a home and a people who accept him. Caiera becomes his wife and reveals that she is pregnant. Their happiness is short-lived. The ship that brought Hulk to Sakaar suddenly explodes, devastating the city and killing Caiera and their unborn child. Broken by grief and consumed by rage, Hulk blames the heroes who exiled him for everything he has lost. With the Warbound at his side, he boards an alien warship and sets a course for Earth. This time, Hulk is not coming back as a hero. Post-credit scene: The Warbound’s ship approaches Earth. Miek asks Hulk what he will do when they arrive. Hulk looks toward the planet.

House of M

Following the growing conflict between humans and mutants, Wanda Maximoff’s mental state begins to deteriorate. Haunted by visions of the life she could have had, Wanda finally loses control of her reality-altering powers. When the Avengers and X-Men arrive to stop her, she creates an entirely new world where mutants are the dominant species and Magneto rules over a vast mutant empire. The heroes awaken with lives they always dreamed of having, but Wolverine retains fragments of his true memories. As he searches for the others, the truth behind their perfect world slowly emerges. Wanda created this reality to give her family the life they had always wanted, while Quicksilver secretly encouraged Magneto to protect her and preserve the new world. Eventually, the heroes confront Magneto, who realizes that Wanda’s power has become too dangerous even for him. As the conflict reaches its climax, Wanda’s fragile mind collapses and her reality begins to unravel. Magneto attempts to stop her, but the damage is already done. The world is restored to its original state, leaving Wanda devastated by what she has done. In one final act, she unleashes another wave of power across the planet, declaring that there should be no more mutants. Across the world, mutants lose their abilities—including Quicksilver. As Magneto stands powerless and Wanda disappears, the X-Men realize that the world they were fighting to protect has changed forever. Post-credit scene: Quicksilver sits alone, staring at his hands. He tries to use his powers, but nothing happens. For the first time in his life, Pietro is completely powerless.

The Ballad of Beta Ray Bill

With Galactus in space, Beta Ray Bill continues protecting the surviving Korbinites while searching the galaxy for threats left behind by the Devourer of Worlds. His journey leads him to Stardust, one of Galactus’ former Heralds, who is gathering the remnants of cosmic energy left behind on worlds once consumed by his master. Among them is a fragment connected to the destruction of New Korbin. Determined to recover it, Bill discovers that Stardust intends to use the accumulated Power Cosmic to become something greater than a Herald: a new Devourer capable of ruling the worlds Galactus once fed upon. Bill is forced to confront the trauma of losing his people and the guilt he still carries for failing to save them. When Silver Surfer joins the fight, he warns Bill that Galactus cannot be defeated simply through vengeance, and that becoming obsessed with his enemy could turn him into the very thing he hates. As Stardust absorbs the cosmic energy and becomes nearly unstoppable, Bill and Silver Surfer launch a final assault. Bill destroys the source of Stardust’s power and defeats him, finally accepting that his purpose is not to avenge the Korbinites, but to protect those who survived. With his people safe, Bill returns to the stars, ready to answer Thor’s call when Asgard needs him once again.

Young Avengers

After the rise of the Avengers, a new generation of young heroes begins to emerge. Patriot, Stature, Wiccan, Speed, Hulkling and Hawkeye find themselves drawn together when the criminal scientist Mister Hyde begins distributing MGH, a dangerous substance capable of artificially enhancing human abilities. Their first attempt to stop him nearly ends in disaster, but before they can give up, a mysterious teenager from the future arrives. Calling himself Iron Lad, Nathaniel Richards claims that the world will soon need heroes capable of standing on their own. He helps the young heroes understand their powers and leads them toward Hyde’s main operation, while refusing to explain why he is being hunted by another version of himself. The truth eventually becomes clear: Nathaniel’s future self is Kang the Conqueror, but Iron Lad has travelled back in time because he refuses to become the man he is destined to be. While Kang briefly attempts to retrieve him, the true threat remains Mister Hyde, who plans to use MGH to create an army of enhanced humans under his control. The young heroes assault his laboratory and face Hyde after he injects himself with an enormous dose of the substance. Working together, they defeat him and destroy his operation. Having proven themselves without the Avengers, the heroes officially adopt a new name: the Young Avengers. Post-credit scene: In the distant future, Kang watches a recording of the Young Avengers’ final battle. He switches to another recording showing the Avengers fighting Galactus. He studies both battles in silence before quietly saying, “So this is what they become.”

Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange begins investigating a series of disturbing incidents after people across New York start experiencing the same terrifying nightmare. His investigation leads him to Cloak and Dagger, two young heroes whose powers have become strangely connected to the phenomenon. Strange discovers that Nightmare, ruler of the Dream Dimension, is using their connection to create a gateway between dreams and reality, allowing his influence to spread into the waking world. When Strange attempts to stop him, Nightmare turns the tables and drags the Sorcerer Supreme into his realm. There, Strange is forced to confront a series of increasingly disturbing nightmares designed to break his mind. In one of them, he encounters Blade fighting through an army of vampires before facing Dracula himself. Strange realizes that the entire encounter is a manifestation created from his fears and memories, and manages to escape Nightmare’s trap. Back in the real world, Cloak and Dagger join Strange in confronting Nightmare. Dagger’s light weakens the demon while Cloak uses the Darkforce to contain his power, giving Strange the opportunity to sever Nightmare’s connection to Earth. Nightmare is defeated and forced back into the Dream Dimension, but Strange realizes that the barrier between the two realms has been permanently weakened. The supernatural world has become aware of Earth’s growing importance. Post-credit scene: Aleksander Lukin, secretly still alive, stands before a hidden containment chamber. Inside is the Tesseract. Lukin watches its energy pulse and quietly declares that its power will finally belong to him.

Thor: Ragnarok

After the events of the Avengers, Thor returns to Asgard, where Loki has been imprisoned for his crimes. But Loki has secretly learned that Ragnarok is approaching and escapes, believing the prophecy can be used to destroy Thor and Odin. Meanwhile, Thor confronts Ulik and discovers that an army of fire demons led by Surtur is preparing to invade Earth. Captain America and Iron Man join Thor in battle, while the mysterious Beta Ray Bill arrives and eventually fights alongside them. Loki intends to exploit Surtur’s arrival by controlling the fire demon and using him to eliminate Thor and Odin. But Surtur cannot be controlled. Using the chaos created by his army, he reaches the Bifrost and travels to Asgard. Thor attempts to stop him but is overwhelmed, forcing Odin to confront Surtur himself. In a final battle, Odin kills the demon but sacrifices his own life in the process. With Ragnarok now inevitable, Thor confronts Loki and defeats him, choosing not to kill his brother but cutting off his head and leaving him alive. Thor then realizes that saving Asgard does not mean saving the city itself. To prevent Ragnarok from killing his people, he destroys Asgard and removes it from Yggdrasil, sacrificing the realm to save the Asgardians. As the great kingdom falls, Thor accepts his new role as the protector of its surviving people. Post-credit scene: A ship carrying the surviving Asgardians descends toward Earth and lands in Oklahoma. Thor looks across the unfamiliar landscape as the refugees begin building a new home.

She-Hulk

Jennifer Walters has learned to live with the power of She-Hulk, but she still struggles to understand what it truly means to share her life with the Hulk. She turns to her cousin Bruce Banner for advice, only to discover that Bruce’s experience has been far more painful. While Bruce sees his condition as a constant danger, Jennifer has begun to see She-Hulk as a part of herself rather than a curse. When S.H.I.E.L.D. discovers an abandoned gamma facility being used to develop technology capable of artificially creating Hulk-like beings, Jennifer is sent to investigate. She is partnered with Ben Grimm, the Thing, whose strength and experience make him the perfect choice for the dangerous mission. Their investigation reveals that the facility was designed to manipulate gamma radiation and create controllable super-powered subjects. When the experiment is activated, Ben is exposed to the technology and loses control, becoming increasingly aggressive and unable to distinguish friend from enemy. Jennifer is forced to confront him, leading to a brutal battle between two of Marvel’s strongest heroes. Instead of trying to overpower Ben, however, Jennifer recognizes what he is experiencing and manages to reach him through his anger. Together, She-Hulk and the Thing destroy the gamma technology and prevent the creation of a new generation of monsters. After the mission, Jennifer begins to understand that being a Hulk does not necessarily mean losing control. Sometimes, accepting that part of yourself is the only way to truly control it. Post-credit scene: Jennifer continues explaining the difficulties of being a Hulk to Bruce. He listens for a moment before finally looking exhausted. She keeps talking.
