When Napier kills Rachel Dawes to lure Wayne into the trap because he might know where the money is, Harvey Dent, who actually didn't die, becomes Two-Face, mentally and physically scarred, with a motive to destroy the GCPD because they couldn't save Rachel in time. Meanwhile, Barry Allen arrives to help Bruce and co.
