Story Plot

After marrying Victor Fries, a cryogenics researcher working for GothCorp, Nora Fries is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Fries uses the company's equipment to cryogenically freeze his wife until a cure can be found. After a lab malfunction, Victor thinks that Nora died and goes on a spree to freeze Gotham. At the end, Bruce proposes to Vicki and they marry in the City Hall.
