The King (referred to as Maximillian in Archie Pre-SGW and Nigel in Post-SGW) is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog television series. He an anthropomorphic squirrel, the rightful ruler of the kingdom of Mobotropolis and the father of Sally. After Dr. Robotnik came to power, the King was exiled to the Void, where he was imprisoned alongside Naugus.
