Description of Island Owl:

Island Owl is the commander of the Animal Mechanicals. His (or her?) "screen face shows a small presentation of the island and gives the mission before he sends the team off. He doesn't accompany the Animal Mechanicals, nor after they've left to go on their mission; however, he is mentioned by Komodo whenever someone breaks a rule.
