Synopsis

"On a planet called Mobius, lies an anthropomorphic hedgehog named Sonic, and his siblings, Sonia and Manic, live with their mother, Mayor Aleena, who wants her son to discover what his purpose is. One day, when she gets kidnapped by a mad scientist named Dr. Julian Ivo Robotnik, he and his siblings teams up with his old best friend, explorer, and archeologist, Sally Acorn, and her friends, Bunnie and Rotor, to find the Power Rings in order to save his mother and save the world, while the team grows a connection with each other and Sonic learns why the Master Emerald gave him his powers. It's a story of friendship, love, and adventure that showcases the origins of Sonic and the Freedom Fighters."

Description of Roger Acorn (Mayor Acorn):

Roger Acorn is the Mayor of Knothole on South Island and is also the father of Sally Acorn. He runs Knothole and makes sure that peace with it's many Mobian villagers stays in perfect harmony. After his wife died while she was going on an adventure, he feared for his daughter's safety and tries to do everything in his power to force Sally into retiring from the Archeologist, causing their relationship to be strained.
