Synopsis

"On a planet called Mobius, lies an anthropomorphic hedgehog named Sonic, and his siblings, Sonia and Manic, live with their mother, Mayor Aleena, who wants her son to discover what his purpose is. One day, when she gets kidnapped by a mad scientist named Dr. Julian Ivo Robotnik, he and his siblings teams up with his old best friend, explorer, and archeologist, Sally Acorn, and her friends, Bunnie and Rotor, to find the Power Rings in order to save his mother and save the world, while the team grows a connection with each other and Sonic learns why the Master Emerald gave him his powers. It's a story of friendship, love, and adventure that showcases the origins of Sonic and the Freedom Fighters."

Dr. Starline is Robotnik's lab partner and a terrorist to the United Federation. He's created mind controlling tech that allows him to bend anyone's minds to his will. He's good at interrogation, technology, and committing such illegal crimes against the United Federation.
