Synopsis

Jim Gary Lawson (Chameleon) and Val Fields are on a mission to investigate what's going on in the town of Innsmouth. Dr. Melvin Koss is the crazy professor who turns three people into mutants who later become known as The Uncanny Trio. Dr. Melvin Koss has taken Dr. Perri Grey against her will. Beth Annawon is the one contacted by Jim and Val about what's going on in that town. Val is a reporter from New York and Jim is an agent and Beth is a reporter from Innsmouth.

Description of Fulbert Hengs (Detective):

In the comics his name is Fu Sheng but surname sound too familiar to Tang Shen who is Splinter girlfriend or wife but that's why his would be Hengs instead. The character is from New York Chinatown. Idea is friend to Val and Oyuki Mashimi but he doest trust Jim.
