Story Plot
The sequel to the epic Disney TV crossover, "Worlds of the Weird". Strange things start to occur when Dipper and Mabel reunite with Luz, Star, and Anne as their worlds collide with the world of Gravity Falls. Other universes such as Phineas and Ferb, Kim Possible, American Dragon, and DuckTales keep converging, expanding their reality. This paradox absorbing planets is linked to one small world no one would expect: the world of Lilo and Stitch!
