In a battle between Nitro and captain america.... and his pals (ye), Nitro goes apesh*t and explodeds, seemingly killing a huge number of civilians (Holy sh*t this guy is so, strong that he can explodes himself resulting killing civilians like a freaking nuke). the government decides to put a paper for all heroes and villains to not let any civilians die because yes. and so, Steve rogers and tony decides to make war for if is legal or not ilegal to heroes let people died. read more
