Miller (Teen Witch Dramatc Remake - TV Series)
Think of it as a mashup of The Vampire Diaries mixed with Teen Wolf with a sprinkle of Riverdale. Renamed Miller, as to not pigeonhole the series on just the teen years of the characters. I also change character names as I like, but leave original names attached for ease of casting.

The owner's mum, who disapproves, soon summons the real ghosts of the castle to take revenge on the Americans. All Hallow's eve turns into a real horror movie but with a twist that both the ghosts and the tourists experience personal catharses which improve their individual situations. The series follows a group of troubled and abused high schoolers at a therapeutic boarding school in the Pacific Northwest as they navigate adolescence in the aftermath of their home troubles.

Rydell (Non Musical reimagining of Grease)
My pitch is a dramatic NON MUSICAL version of Grease One and Two. Like if you took Riverdale (without the crappy music episodes) and Sons of Anarchy and threw them into a blender. I like the original films for what they are but this would be a different spin on the characters. I'd merge both movies so there would be a range of characters.

Kull the Conqueror (2020s Cast)
Kull the Conqueror is a 1997 fantasy film about the Robert E. Howard character Kull starring Kevin Sorbo. It is a film adaptation of Howard's Conan novel The Hour of the Dragon, with the protagonist changed to the author's other barbarian hero Kull. The storyline also bears similarities to two other Howard stories, the Kull story "By This Axe I Rule!" and the Conan story "The Phoenix on the Sword", which was, ironically, a rewritten version of "By This Axe I Rule!" After five years as a slave, warrior Kull travels to the shores of the fantastical kingdom of Valusia, where he slays mad King Borna. Inheriting the crown, Kull begins an ambitious program of bringing freedom and tolerance to Valusia, which displeases Gen. Taligaro and the royal court's advisers. Determined to unseat Kull, Taligaro has a wizard resurrect the witch Akivasha to seduce and destroy the new monarch.
