The Flash 2 (2009)
Barry Allen awakens to find that everything and everyone in his surroundings has transformed. He is no longer the Flash, nor does he possess any superpowers. His mother, Nora, who had passed away in his original timeline, is alive; meanwhile, his father, Henry, who died from a heart attack three years prior, is alive and incarcerated in his original timeline. Barry now has to get his powers back and team up with a dark and ruthless Batman, who in this timeline is the father Bruce Wayne "Thomas" and Cyborg to solve it.

Justice League: Project O.M.A.C. (2007)
O.M.A.C.s are individuals dispersed globally who unknowingly possess invasive technology within their bodies. Once activated, this technology can be employed to surveil the environments of the human hosts, manipulate their physical actions, or convert any of them into one of a visually indistinguishable group of remote-controlled superhuman entities. Superman: Wrath of Zod (2006)
Something in Clark's past has come back to haunt him. Before Krypton's destruction, Zod, along with his wife Ursa and their ally Non, revolted against the tyrannical government of their planet. However, they quickly transformed into ruthless would-be dictators driven by a thirst for power. Following a disastrous uprising orchestrated by Zod, the authorities condemn the trio to death. Nevertheless, Jor-El, Superman's father, intervenes, urging the government to reduce their punishment to imprisonment in the Phantom Zone, a proposal accepted on the condition that he would take on the role of their warden. Now haven been set free from the Phantom Zone, Zod trespasses on Earth; threatening to wipe out the entire human race.

The Sandman (2006)
The Sandman, also referred to as Dream, is one of the Endless, formidable entities that predate the gods and manifest throughout existence as conceptual notions given tangible form. Eventually, Dream manages to break free and, accompanied by his devoted sister Death, embarks on a grand quest to recover his significant artifacts - a ruby, a helm, and a bag of sand - to restore his diminished realm, The Dreaming, and thwart John Dee's ambitions while confronting numerous adversaries, including the fearsome Corinthian.

Flash Gordon (1990)
Flash Gordon is an American football hero who is skyjacked aboard Dr. Hans Zarkov's rocketship along with his beautiful girlfriend Dale Arden. The threesome are drawn into the influence of the planet Mongo, ruled by Emperor Ming the Merciless. The evil Ming has been testing Earth with unnatural disasters, and deeming our world a threat to his rule. He also intends to take Dale as his concubine, attempts to execute Flash and intends to destroy Earth. Flash must avoid the amorous attentions of Ming's daughter, and unite the warring kingdoms of Mongo to rescue Dale and save our world.

Green Arrow & Black Canary (2005)
After being stranded on a desert island, rich playboy Oliver Queen crafts his own bow and arrows and learns to master them. He soon joins forces with martial artist Dinah Lance, known mostly as "The Black Canary" to eliminate the crime and corruption plaguing his fair city, and to protect it from a malevolent threat.

Batman/Superman: World's Finest (2002)
Lex Luthor is set to become the President of the United States, with only Superman and Batman opposing him; Lex devises a scheme to ultimately destroy his greatest foes and labels Superman and Batman as enemies of the populace. This also gives Lex the opportunity to create "Metallo" a cyborg-man with Kryptonite armour. Batman and Superman decide to pair up and stop Luthor and his scheme.
