To facilitate this, he has leveraged his influence over several members of the bank's board of directors, including its president, Richard Daniel, to persuade them to engage with his family's operations. Taking advantage of his nephew's wedding, Falcone attempts to sway Bruce Wayne as well, but Wayne remains unconvinced and departs in anger. The Roman expresses his disappointment to his bodyguard Milos regarding Wayne's rejection, yet he reassures himself that there are still enough votes to secure the deal.
