Flash: Need for Speed

Forensic scientist Barry Allen gets caught up in an investigation into the death of a scientist who was conducting experiments involving a mysterious entity known as the "Speed Force", and after a lab accident causes him to develop super speed as well as a connection to the Speed Force, he becomes a costumed crimefighter known as the Flash.

Green Lantern

Set before the events of Superman Begins, test pilot Hal Jordan is recruited into the intergalactic law enforcement organization known as the Green Lantern Corps after one of its members is killed in action. He subsequently gets caught up in a massive conspiracy to frame the Corps for the destruction of an entire planet, and must race against time to prevent Earth from being destroyed as well.

Superman Begins

When his planet Krypton is destroyed by the Coluan scientist Vril Dox, better known as "Brainiac", an infant named Kal-El is sent to Earth by his mother and father, where he is adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent and named "Clark". Years later, Brainiac arrives on Earth, and Clark makes use of his extraterrestrial abilities and takes the name "Superman", to prevent Brainiac from destroying Earth the same way he destroyed Krypton.

After spending seven years away from Gotham City, Bruce Wayne returns to find the city has become engulfed in a bloody crime war. He takes the mantle of a masked vigilante known as "the Batman", and decides to wage war to eradicate the criminal element in Gotham.
