The Happening

She recruits them as her crime partners using cold gun technology designed by her brother Captain Cold. Because of this, they are usually strong and handsome but not very smart. The original Chillblaine was killed when Glider became possessed by Eclipso. Chillblaine II and Chillblaine III had very brief careers before they were abandoned as lovers. Chillblaine IV was the last to use the title as he killed Glider and stole her technology. Eventually Captain Cold murdered him in revenge. Chilblain was created by Mark Waid and Craig Brasfield

Picture this an alternate version to the Peacemaker but this one is called Peacekeeper but their methods are quite similar he has fought for freedom all his life he was a boy scout at a young age a navy seal when older and a cop currently but he believes there are too many rules to keep the peace so he decides to take matters into his own hands by fighting and killing those who breach the peace.
