Picture this Red Hood has been killing the worst criminals the city of Gotham has seen since the disappearance of Batman and not an unknown foe has come to the city in search of a great opponent and been killing people in the most unnatural ways when he crosses paths with the red hood a fight between two great hunters is about to begin.
