Amazing Fantasy: Spider-Man

After Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider, he gains spider-like abilities. Initially, he uses them for his own benefit and selfishness that inadvertently leads to the murder of his Uncle Ben. Discovering his mistake, Peter learns "with great power there must also come great responsibility".
