In an alleyway, four turtles: Leonardo / Leo (Jason Biggs), Raphael / Raph (Sean Astin) Donatello / Donnie (Rob Paulsen) and Michelangelo / Mikey (Greg Cipes) and their owner: Hamato Yoshi / Splinter (Hiroyuki Sanada) are transformed into four mutant turtles. After April O'Neil (Sadie Sink) and her father, Kirby (Ron Howard) are captured by the Kraang (Mark Hamill), the turtles rescue April and intend to rescue Kirby while dealing with the threat of Splinter's lifelong enemy, archnemesis, and former adopted brother Oroku Saki / Shredder (Brian Tee).
