Biography

Zaladane is is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Astonishing Tales #3 (1970), and was created by Gerry Conway and Barry Windsor-Smith. Zaladane is the priestess and queen of the Sun People, who live in the Savage Land. Throughout her appearances, she battles the X-Men, but is eventually defeated and executed by Magneto.[5][6] Zaladane returns in the 2025 miniseries Rogue: The Savage Land, which takes place before her death.[7]
