Biography

Yoichi Shigaraki (死し柄がら木き与よ一いち, Shigaraki Yoichi) is the late younger twin brother and arch-nemesis of Zen Shigaraki, as well as the first user and progenitor of the One for All Quirk, which was given to him by his older twin brother. While initially believed to be quirkless, he actually possessed a quirk, which allowed him to bestow a quirk on another person, which was merged with the One For All Quirk.
