Rather than being a Nobody, she is an imperfect Replica of Sora created from his memories as a failsafe in case both Sora and Roxas proved to be useless to the Organization's plans. Her physical appearance resembles that of Kairi, since Sora's most important memories are related to her at the time of Xion's creation.
