She frequently didn't finish her sentences, but she was still very smart and intelligent. She has also been described as intuitive, meaning she can understand what will happen before it actually does she wasn't just a fighter but brilliant and weird really tech savvy she let her district partner bomb the careers. However, the bomb reacted in such a way that in activated the other explosives around the cornucopia like a highly unstable firecracker going off like crazy killing him, the careers, the goats and most of the others in the process which killed a lot in total and resulted in a massive explosion and all of the tributes scattered all over the battle field everywhere like flies.
