Biography

Billy Kaplan is the reincarnation of William Maximoff, one of the sons of the Scarlet Witch and Vision created by chaos magic and fragments of the demon Mephisto.[16] His reincarnated brother is Thomas Shepard.[12] As a result of possessing Maximoff's soul, Kaplan was bestowed with magical, reality-altering and electrokinetic powers. He then became a member of the Young Avengers under the name Asgardian, before adopting the alias of Wiccan.[12] Kaplan eventually began a relationship with his teammate Teddy Altman, a.k.a Hulkling, a Skrull/Kree hybrid and eventual emperor. After their marriage, Kaplan became the Prince Consort.[1]
