Vincent is an enemy encountered early in the game. He was Sam's neighbor prior to witnessing the Visitor and becoming hostile. He lives in apartment 37. He hosted a party the night before the arrival of the Visitor, leading to a large number of people in his apartment seeing outside at once. These become the Onlookers, early game enemies, and burst out of his room into the floor 3 hallway after the player defeats the Wounded Man. Vincent's bedroom is full of golf equipment and contains a retro projector, which seems to have been borrowed from apartment 31 to show slides of a golf course.
