Vampirina "Vee" Bubonica Hauntley[1], portrayed by Kenzi Richardson, is a main character in Vampirina: Teenage Vampire. Raised in the vampire world, she grew up surrounded by traditional vampire culture and the longstanding conflict between vampires and the Van Helsing family.
Growing up, Vee developed a deep passion for music and became a devoted fan of Millie Eyelash, inspiring her to leave Transylvania for the first time and attend Wilson Hall Academy of the Arts. At Wilson Hall, Vee befriends Sophie Choi, Elijah Van Helsing, and eventually Britney Hightower, gradually building a life in the human world while learning to accept herself as a vampire. Throughout her first semester, she faces supernatural threats, struggles with unstable vampire powers, navigates her friendship with a Van Helsing, and discovers that her abilities are affected by her separation from other vampires. When she learns she may have to return to Transylvania, Vee becomes determined to find a way to remain at Wilson Hall. Ultimately, she discovers that love, friendship, music, and positive human connection can strengthen her vampire magic. After defeating Lucien Constantine and performing for her idol, Millie Eyelash, Vee embraces the stage identity Vampirina, becomes Millie’s protégé, and chooses to stay at Wilson Hall, finally accepting that she doesn't have to choose between being a vampire and pursuing the life she wants.
