Val is an actress, international speaker, entrepreneur, and author. She has been on stage all her life in theater, film, and commercial work, as well as a featured MC/Host for large-scale conferences and events and a spokesperson for various brands. She has also been a singer with past bands, where she has performed for international audiences world-wide. She loves performance that invites us to think, feel, and see the world more deeply, and she works with her whole heart in everything she does. She is a versatile performer with experience in improv and sketch comedy, as well as dramas and documentaries that shift our current paradigms. Val brings a natural depth, subtlety, and complexity to her characters and consistently books leads and strong supporting roles. She has worked in many independent film projects, television, and stage for over three decades.
Besides acting, Val is also the co-founder and director of Psychospiritual Institute, where she trains coaches, mental health professionals, and emerging leaders in transpersonal psychology and global leadership. She is a Board Certified Life and Leadership Coach (BCC), Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC), and Deep Ecologist. She has been coaching individuals and facilitating groups for over 25 years, specializing in transpersonal psychology, ecological leadership, authentic connection work, and holistic business skills.
Val is also an international speaker and author of "Call of the Ecological Self." She has been featured on over 50 stages, multiple times on Hay House Radio, NBC, and USA Today, as well as numerous publications. Over the past few decades, she has also produced many large-scale mindful-living events, retreats, and workshops, and gratefully inspired the transformation of tens of thousands of people world-wide. Val's deepest vision is to help people remember who they are so they can live a passionate life, reconnect with a greater vision for humanity, and contribute wholeheartedly to our changing world.
