TwenCen Media is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate owned and operated by TwenCen Holdings. It is located in Los Angeles, California. It was established in January 15th 2020. In March 2020, It acquired 20th Century Studios, Fox Star Studios, and etc. And then, in April 2020, TwenCen Media announced they made an agreement with Disney, that Disney will leave TCS, but they will still own a minority stake until 2021. In 2021, They recieved a logo, it contained the 21st Century Fox logo with an outline and yellow and orange gradient, with the searchlights having gradients too. The wordmark of TwenCen Media is below the symbol. In January 2021, It was announced that TwenCen Media will acquire Searchlight Pictures next, and it was completed. But in 2022, The logo was updated. It was cleaner, and the font has been altered. In June, They merged Fox Entertainment and 20th Century Studios to again form 20th Century Fox, while other renamed companies were reverted back to their old names, whilst FIP was revived, and FSS is still Fox Star Studios.
