Tovuas

Tovuas was a male Miraluka Jedi Knight and one of Wintrev's friends in his Jedi days, although he was a few years younger than the younger Legabeck. When Zimuata told Wintrev that he must go to Esainoth along with his apprentice Thusura and one of his friends, Tovuas voluntarily accompanied the trio, although he was a newly appointed Jedi Knight with a big future ahead of him, as he was willing to serve the Republic and the people of Esainoth. On Esainoth, both Wintrev and Tovuas were placed in the battle's front lines while Zimuata readily escaped from Esainoth, with Thusura, which was a part of Zimuata's secret dark plan to get rid of the two of them: Wintrev, the Master of Thusura, and Tovuas, who could step in to take the poor Cathar as his Padawan, in order for her to attain Thusura as a Padawan without someone rivalling her. Meanwhile, on the way to Yirrim, when the Ignominies were about to kill Wintrev, under Zimuata's orders, Tovuas volunteered to be killed in Wintrev's place, under the condition to spare Wintrev and set him free as Tovuas felt bad that his friend had a Padawan and had hope that the two would be reunited someday. Surprisingly, the Ignominies listened to Tovuas' pleas and spared Wintrev, but still kept him as a captive, to make him helpless to stop his treacherous friend from accomplishing her evil plans.
