Toru (透龍とおる Tōru) is the main antagonist of JoJolion. He is the mastermind behind the Locacaca Organization and the head doctor of TG University Hospital, under his Stand's guise as Satoru Akefu. Alongside his Stand he disguises himself as a part-time worker at the hospital. Toru's goal is to develop a revolutionary medicine through the New Locacaca with the goal of restructuring the balance of power in society, placing rock humans at the top.
He is eventually revealed to be a Rock Human and a Stand user, wielding the calamity-causing Wonder of U, an automatic Stand that causes anyone who merely thinks of pursuing either the Stand itself or Toru to suffer a calamity.
