Teele Piibemann is a young Estonian film and theatre actress who’s been involved in the acting world from an early age. She has worked on various projects in both theater and film, but is best known for her award-winning lead performance as ‘Stefi’ in the feature film Lioness. Directed by Liina Triškina Vanhatalo, the drama-thriller is an Estonian, Latvian, and German collaboration and has won various awards, such as Best Feature Film Award at the Estonian Film and Television Awards and Best Scenario Award at the Warsaw Film Festival. Teele has completed six years of studies in the well-reputed Jakobi Mäe Theatre Studio drama program, led by some of the best Estonian actors and stage directors. In addition to pursuing her acting career, she is currently a high school student.
