Suezos are one-eyed monsters that are neurotic by nature. They are naturally intelligent and can eventually develop telekinesis and telepathy. They are born with either a blue or a green retina. Suezos are some of the most popular Monster Rancher monsters, and some of the most famous are the albino White Suezo and the man-made Sueki Suezo that you can unlock by using the Monster Rancher 1 game disc while playing Monster Rancher 2.
Every Monster Rancher game has featured Suezos except Monster Farm Online, and it is generally considered the mascot. They are easily obtainable from the start of every game, although they are occasionally difficult to raise because of their selfish personalities. Suezos excel in Accuracy and Intelligence, but are often weak when it comes to Life energy.
Suezo is one of the seven Searchers, the main protagonists of the anime series. He appears in the first episode, running from the Black Dinos with Holly. Suezo is a bit neurotic at times, paranoid, sensitive, and lacking in social graces; but because he is Holly's monster partner, he is incredibly loyal to her and will do anything to keep her safe, including rushing into danger.
Suezo serves as comic relief in many instances and he can be a little obnoxious and loud-mouthed. But like Holly, he is actually emotionally scarred because Naga's troops, led by Naga himself, destroyed their village and killed their loved ones, among them, his sister Pink Eye. This emotional scars still remain even after his revival, and caused him to be distrustful of the purified Naga due to his past history as one of the notorious Big Bad Four before realizing that he had genuinely changed.
