Steve is found in the entry room to the Sewers, in the Basement. He will quickly attack the player on sight, but will ask for food before initiating combat. Steve eats bandages. The player may pacify him by giving up all bandages in their inventory, receiving an equal number of Silver Dust in return. If they do not wish to do so, Steve will begin combat. His Silver Dust can be sold for $12 a piece, or thrown to blind an enemy.
