Stephanie-Jane de Whalley (born between 1 January and 29 February 1988) is a London-based actor and director hailing from Seaford, East Sussex. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Anita Benn in the 2024 Doctor Who Christmas Special, Joy to the World, and its subsequent series, The Reality War, earning critical acclaim for her performance. In addition to her acting career, Steph is an accomplished director. She currently serves as the Associate Director for SPY MOVIE: THE PLAY!, which is on a UK tour. Her previous directing credits include assisting on the West End, Latvian, and UK Tour productions of Peter Pan Goes Wrong.
