Biography

Spandam is the former chief of CP9[3] and CP5.[1] He currently serves under CP-0.[2] He is one of the two main antagonists of the Enies Lobby Arc, along with Rob Lucci, and the primary antagonist of the Water 7 Saga overall. He also appears as a minor antagonist in One Piece Film: Gold.
