Biography

Smedley is a character that appeared mainly in the Chilly Willy series of Short Subjects, as well as appearing in the Chilly Willy Segments of The New Woody Woodpecker Show. He is the arch-rival of Chilly Willy, going against him to further his own goals, whenever they be protecting his business(es) or guarding something belonging to his master. Despite this, He has admitted that Chilly can be cute on many occasions and has shown us that depending on the trouble he and the penguin get into they can resolve their problems peacefully. Chilly also still likes Smedley and has gained his friendship in many shorts.
