Singh Manh Lee (spelled Singh Manh Li in Young Justice) was the Generalissimo and President for Life of the fictional Asian country of Rheelasia (North Rhelasia in Young Justice). His first and only comic appearance was in Birds of Prey: Black Canary/Oracle #1 in 1996 and he was created by Chuck Dixon and Gary Frank.
