With it's large bone pincers and Sculk Sensor head, it is an abomination to look at. It detects sound and runs toward you, summoning Sculk Snitches to distract you. It drops (rarely) a soul cage and most of the time, bone pincers. Bone pincers deal five damage when held in the hand, and deal ten damage to Sculk Creatures and seven to Sculkians
When it bites you, you get the 'Sculkophobia' effect. When you have this effect, you take damage like you have the Wither effect when you touch Sculk. This can prove to be deadly to Deep Dark explorers! It also detects you by sound, like the Warden! It may release souls, which break a block of deepslate and turn into Deepsouls, but it only does this when you have brough it down to five health out of it's twenty
