Biography

Sailor Phi (セーラーファイ, Sērā Fai) is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside her twin sister, Sailor Chi), of the Sailor Moon Stars arc of the manga Sailor Moon and of its movie adaptation Sailor Moon Cosmos. She and Chi are twin sisters and two of Galaxia's most loyal minions and share the position of second in command of her organization, called Shadow Galactica.
