The original Rustam was a super-powered terrorist operating out of Qurac and a member of Jihad, being an enemy of the Suicide Squad. His son also briefly took over the title. After Flashpoint, Rustam was forced to become a member of the Suicide Squad but later turned on it. He was also the leader of the Burning World.
