Ruby Moon, also known as Nakuru Akizuki, is a character from CLAMP's *Cardcaptor Sakura* series. She is a magical guardian created by Eriol Hiiragizawa and serves as a counterpart to Yue. Ruby Moon's true form is genderless, but she presents herself as female. She resides temporarily in Tomoeda, Japan, while her permanent residence is in England. In her Nakuru form, Ruby Moon appears as a girl with long, dark brown hair. In her true form, she has pink hair with small buns on top and wears a pink, purple, and black suit with large, butterfly-like wings. She is known for her playful and mischievous nature, often annoying Touya Kinomoto and interfering in his attempts to talk to Yukito Tsukishiro. Despite her antics, she is intelligent and calculating in battle. Ruby Moon has lunar empowerment and control over the night, darkness, and shadows. She can project crystal shards and fly using her butterfly-like wings, with her primary attack involving the use of crystal fragments. She is loyal to Eriol and works closely with her partner, Spinel Sun, while engaging in a playful rivalry with Yue. Ruby Moon adds a unique and entertaining dynamic to the *Cardcaptor Sakura* series with her distinctive characteristics and abilities.
