Reid grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. Before acting, he was a gymnast and represented NZ at the World Championships and Commonwealth Games. In 2016, he completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland and began working in commercial real estate. After a few years of selling property and performing circus professionally, Reid landed a role on Power Rangers (dir. Simon Bennett). This experience inspired him to move to Australia and train professionally. Reid is now a passionate actor, filmmaker and acrobat, based in Sydney.
