The Rat Freak is a monster that can be found in Apartment 11. If the player is wearing the Rusty Crown from defeating the Rat King, the Rat Freak will not be hostile and can be interacted with. When doing so, it will bow its heads in respect, and offer the Rat Claws as an offering.
