PlayStation Series (PSS) is a home video game console developed and marketed by Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) and both are part of the PlayStation brand of consoles which will be released in 2027 to avoid the confusion of PlayStation 6. PlayStation Series will have its Nostalgia for past games, particularly those from childhood, is a significant factor in this and for the PSS, it will be known for its retro-gaming features and remakes, clearly has a history of revisiting the past, present, and future of gaming. This includes bringing back classic console themes, remaking beloved games, and developing new experiences that build upon existing IPs back in the mid to late 1990s as well as all of 2000s into 2010s period.
