Pierre Hintze is the current studio head at 343 Industries.
Hintze joined 343 Industries in 2018 as the Head of Publishing. At the time, he was in charge of legacy Halo products up to, but not including Halo 5: Guardians, with one of his major tasks being updates to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. In September 2022, upon the departure of his predecessor Bonnie Ross, Hintze became the studio head to lead the on-going development of Halo Infinite and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
