PaperLuigi99 is an American GoAnimator with over 15,000 subscribers who makes grounded videos out of Caillou, Dora and Little Bill, along with his A Day In The Life Of Boris series. He was inspired to make GoAnimate videos from samster5677. He originally started making grounded videos with Business Friendly and was pretty bad at it, but was able to get Comedy World back using Requestly codes (now Wrapper: Offline) and has been using Comedy World since. PaperLuigi99 is infamous for making extremely violent and mature videos. Examples of this include Caillou's Ultimate Punishment Day (18+), a near hour-long punishment day video, a video where Dora shoots up a school, another video consisting of Little Bill blowing up a church, and a video about Caillou getting run over by a car. On September 30, 2019, PaperLuigi99 got terminated for a violation of Google's Terms of Service. But he was reinstated a few days later. He was terminated because he accidentally set his birthday to be under 13 years old.
