Oleg Stefan (born Oleg Shtefanko on September 7, 1959) is a distinguished Russian-American actor, recognized for his successful "dual career" in both Eastern European cinema and Hollywood. A graduate of the M.S. Schepkin Higher Theatre School, he became a prominent leading man in Soviet cinema and a member of the Mayakovsky Theatre before immigrating to the United States in the early 1990s. In Hollywood, he carved out a significant niche, appearing in major blockbuster films such as Robert De Niro's The Good Shepherd (2006), where he played the pivotal role of Ulysses, as well as Iron Man 2 (2010) and Duplicity (2009).
