Prof. Norton Nimnul is a fictional character featured in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers who is a major antagonist and the main human antagonist of the series. He is a mad scientist who despite his intelligence and creativity, his plans and schemes are often illogical and convoluted. Nimnul is often shown to wear a white lab coat, a pair of blue jeans, brown shoes, and a pair of bug-eye glasses. Prof. Nimnul's first appearance was in the five-part episode pilot To the Rescue where he was working for crime boss Aldrin Klordane (Fat Cat's master), until his arrest and later began to continue working on his own. He is best known for building devices as a means to rob money and riches, and occasionally other things to create power for himself. He is the Rescue Rangers' second most-recurring archnemesis besides Fat Cat and their main human archnemesis, who is aware of the "rodents" attempting to foil his schemes.
